Central plant
As shared spaces, we have the entrance / hall, courtesy bathroom, kitchen
American, fully equipped, with an annex room and living / dining room with TV. Everything
with exit to the garden.
On the central floor, we have a library with board games.
In the kitchenette we have a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine,
oven, orange juicer, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, mini blender ... and service
Mini bar and snacks (*) In the kitchen pantry you will find a washing machine, dryer,
fridge and shelves, along with cleaning supplies and an ironing board with
iron.
On the other hand, on the central floor we find two double Suite rooms
fully equipped with bathroom in each of them and a triple Suite with its bathroom
correspondent. All with exit to the outside.
Ses Savines Suite: Suite room with bathroom inside the room, AC and access to the
pool. Maximum capacity of 3 people. Exit to the garden and pool.
S’Espígol Suite: Suite room with bathroom inside the room and AC. Is the only one
room with TV. It has a terrace with direct access to the garden and the
pool. Maximum capacity of 2 people.
El Far Suite: Suite room with bathroom inside the room, AC and entrance area access
and views of the lighthouse. Maximum capacity of 2 people.
We have air conditioning / heating in all rooms. In each
room we have a complete set of bed with a down duvet and there is
security box. In the sink we have bath towels, soap, hair dryer
hair, beach baskets and sarongs.
The porches on the central floor are the Capvespre porch, perfect and warm, equipped
with a table with benches and a barbecue (*). It is ideal to see the sunset. And the
Morning porch, where to start the day with a good breakfast, with a decoration
exquisite and overlooking the large pool.
