Cookie Policy
Every cookie and storage key this site actually uses, read from the live site rather than copied from a template.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Related technologies — local storage and session storage — do the same job in a different place on your device. This policy covers all of them, because the law does, and it is published under article 22.2 of Law 34/2002.
2. What runs before you decide
Nothing that is not strictly necessary. No analytics tag loads and no measurement cookie is written until somebody has actually chosen. Refusing is one click, the same size and in the same place as accepting, and there is no cross to dismiss the notice, because dismissing is not consent.
3. What we actually use
This list was compiled by loading the live site in a browser and reading what was written to the device, not from a template.

If you refuse, the two Google cookies are not written, and any that a previous visit left behind are deleted.
4. What we do not use
There is no advertising pixel on this site: no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no session recording or heatmap tool. Google's advertising signals are switched off in the measurement configuration, so the analytics data is not used to build advertising audiences.
5. Third parties on a property page
A villa page can show its location on a Google map. The map does not load on its own: until you accept cookies, or press the button on the map itself, nothing is requested from Google and Google does not receive your IP address.
6. Changing your mind
Use the cookie link in the footer to reopen the panel and change or withdraw what you chose. You can also delete cookies from your browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
7. How long a decision lasts
Your choice is remembered for a maximum of twenty-four months, which is the limit the Spanish Data Protection Agency sets for the renewal of consent, and we ask again before then if what we use changes.
