1. Who runs this website
This website is operated by IBOSSIM SERVICES IBIZA SL, a company incorporated in Spain and based in Ibiza, Illes Balears. The details above are published under article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).
2. What we do
We market holiday stays in villas and day charters of yachts in Ibiza and Formentera, and we arrange concierge services around a stay. We act as an intermediary between the guest and the owner of the property or the operator of the vessel. The contract for a stay or a charter is between the guest and that owner or operator, not with this website.
3. Tourist licences
Each dwelling marketed on this site is let under its own tourist licence, and its registration number is shown on that property's page. Article 15.k of Law 8/2012 of 19 July on tourism in the Illes Balears gives the user the right to know that number when a stay is advertised or contracted.
A licensed dwelling may be let to a maximum of twelve people. Where a group is larger, the stay is arranged across more than one property.
4. Using this website
Browsing the site means you accept these terms. You agree to use it lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt it, and not to extract its contents by automated means for reuse elsewhere.
5. Content and intellectual property
The texts, photographs, page designs, logos and source code of this site belong to IBOSSIM SERVICES IBIZA SL or are used with the permission of their owners, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Photographs of individual properties and vessels are supplied by, or taken for, their owners.
6. Links to other sites
Where the site links to a third party — a mapping service, a messaging application, a social network — that site is governed by its own terms, over which we have no control.
7. Liability
Prices, availability and property details come from the systems of the owners and operators we work with and can change between the moment a page is generated and the moment an enquiry is made. We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that it is free of error or always available.
8. Governing law
Spanish law applies. Where the user is a consumer, any dispute goes before the courts of the user's domicile, as consumer law provides. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
