Where on the island to be
Ibiza is small enough to drive across in under an hour and varied enough that the address decides the shape of the week. The south, around Cala Jondal and Es Cubells, is the most exclusive part of the island: discreet, expensive, and calmer than its reputation suggests. San José looks west over Es Vedrà and takes the sunset full on. Santa Eulalia has the flattest roads and the calmest water, and its restaurants stay open outside the summer. San Juan, in the north, is the furthest from everything, which is exactly why some people go back every year. Ibiza Town puts the old town and the marina within walking distance of dinner.
None of these is better than the others. They answer different questions: whether the week happens inside the house or outside it, and whether being tucked away matters more than being where things are going on.
What you are looking at
Every house on this page is one we can open, with photographs of the house itself and a description written by us rather than copied from a feed. Use the filters for the things that actually change a holiday: a heated pool if you are coming in May, a gym if you train every morning, a flat garden if there are small children, the sea in front of you if that is the point of the trip.
Prices shown are what you would pay, with our commission already in them. Where a house has no published rate for your dates, it says so and stays in the results instead of quietly disappearing.
Booking, and what comes with it
Availability is checked live against the owner's calendar, so what you see is what is open. The way to start is to tell us the dates and the group, and the shortlist comes back with names and photographs rather than a form — usually including one house that was not on your list.
Once the booking is made, the rest of the week is ours to arrange: transfers from the airport or the port, a chef or a daily cook, a boat for a day out, tables that need booking weeks ahead. It is one conversation with one person, not a folder of phone numbers.
