Founding directors
Behind the website there is a team of professionals in Ibiza: booking, owners, yachts and concierge. Two people founded it and still direct it.
José Manuel Rico
Founding director
Leads the villas and the relationship with the owners whose houses we let and manage.
Constanza Heeren
Founding director
Leads yacht charters and the partnerships with travel agencies that book with us.
What we do
We let luxury villas across Ibiza, from Cala Jondal and San José to Santa Eulalia and the north, chosen one by one. Every house we publish is let under its own tourist licence, and its number is on the page of each villa.
Around the stay we arrange day charters on yachts, with skipper and insurance always included and fuel charged at cost, and a concierge service for chefs, skippers, security and villa staff. We also help owners rent and manage their villas, and buyers find a house that is sold without an advert.
How we work
A person answers every enquiry, with the dates, the group and the house in front of them. We say which part of the island we think suits the week you are describing, and when a house is not right, we say so.
Some owners prefer that their house does not appear on any website. We show those houses on request, for specific dates. They are not better than the ones we publish: they are simply not published.
Questions about Singular Villas Ibiza
Who is behind Singular Villas Ibiza?
A team of professionals based in Ibiza, founded and directed by José Manuel Rico and Constanza Heeren. The company is IBOSSIM SERVICES IBIZA SL, with its office in Eivissa.
How long has Singular Villas been working in Ibiza?
More than fifteen years on the island, letting villas and arranging what goes around a stay: yachts, concierge and help for owners.
Do you have villas that are not on the website?
Yes. Some owners prefer that their house does not appear online, and we show those houses on request for specific dates. They are not more exclusive than the ones we publish: they are simply not published.
Do your villas have a tourist licence?
Every house we publish is let under its own tourist licence, and the number is on the page of each villa. A licensed house in Ibiza takes up to twelve guests; for a larger group we suggest two villas close to each other or a property from our private collection.
Do you also manage villas for owners?
Yes: photography, pricing, marketing in three languages and the day-to-day management of the house, with a team on the island.
