Casa Clareta is a restored Ibicencan farmhouse in Roca Llisa, the secure gated community just steps from the golf course. Renovated with a respectful hand, it is full of character and natural light, and every bedroom opens straight onto the garden and pool.

Simple pleasures set the tone. Morning coffee on a sunny terrace, a round of golf or a swim, an afternoon swaying in a hammock or stretched out on a Balinese bed, and friends gathered around the big wooden table while the barbecue does its work.

The farmhouse keeps its authentic Ibicencan charm while adding the comforts of a modern home. The living room is generous, the kitchen is fully fitted, and air conditioning, wifi and a smart TV are all in place. The first thing you see in the morning is the water; the last walk of the night is from the terrace to bed.

Roca Llisa is a residential community with a calm, well-kept feel: controlled access and the golf course on the doorstep. From here, the beaches of Cala Llonga and Cala Olivera are around ten minutes away, and Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia around fifteen. A hire car is recommended.
