Villa Serenity

Villa Serenity is a modern six-bedroom house in Vista Alegre, a gated community on the hillside south of Ibiza Town, sleeping up to twelve with sea and town views. The house is built around wellness to an unusual degree. There is an indoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor one, a hammam, a sauna and steam room, an indoor jacuzzi, a massage area and a gym. That combination makes it one of the few properties in the collection that works as well in cool weather as in high summer. Elsewhere there is table tennis, a wine cooler, lawn and terracing, an outdoor music system and private parking within the gated grounds. The villa runs partly on solar electricity, and it is wheelchair friendly, one of eleven such properties in the collection. Vista Alegre sits close to the airport, roughly 7 km in a straight line, with Ibiza Town about 12.4 km, and the south-coast beaches within a short drive.
