Can Danza

Can Danza is a six-bedroom house in the San Jose area with seven bathrooms, sleeping up to twelve. It is one of the closest properties in the collection to both the airport and the town, roughly 5 km and 6.3 km respectively in a straight line, while still sitting in its own gated and fenced grounds with countryside views. The house leans toward comfort and wellness rather than spectacle. There is a hammam, a sauna and steam room, an indoor jacuzzi and a gym, along with a wine cellar and a fireplace. The pool can be heated on request and has a cover, and the house has both underfloor and central heating, which makes this a genuine option in spring and autumn when many Ibiza villas are not comfortable. The property has facilities for guests with reduced mobility, one of only eleven in the collection, and a security guard is part of the arrangement.
