Villa Ivy

Villa Ivy is a six-bedroom house in the San Jose municipality, sleeping up to twelve, set in gated and fenced grounds with sea views to the west and countryside all around. Sunsets are visible from the roof terrace. It is one of the more thoughtfully arranged houses in the collection for families with children of different ages. There is a tree house and a trampoline, an indoor child play area and an outdoor play area, table tennis, and enough separate ground that younger children can be occupied without taking over the whole property. For the adults there is a gym, a yoga area, a massage area, a wine cooler and a cool room. The pool can be heated on request, and underfloor and central heating make the house comfortable well beyond the summer. Terraces, a garden and an outdoor music system cover the evenings. The villa sits roughly 12.6 km from the airport and 16.1 km from Ibiza Town in a straight line, in the quieter countryside above the west coast. It also works for retreat groups.
