Can Frutal

Can Frutal is a rural four-bedroom villa near Es Torrent on Ibiza's south coast, sleeping up to eight, set in gardens that are among the most developed in the collection. The grounds carry a saltwater swimming pool that can be heated on request, a separate plunge pool, a sauna and steam room, a roof terrace, an outdoor kitchen and bar, a yoga area, table tennis, a child play area and an outdoor play area. There is also a helicopter pad. The house runs partly on solar electricity, with underfloor heating and central heating for the cooler months, and pets are welcome. Es Torrent is one of the quieter south-coast coves, known for its beach restaurant, with Cala Jondal, Porroig and Es Cubells close by. The airport is roughly 6.7 km away in a straight line and Ibiza Town about 11.5 km. The house takes families, couples and retreat groups, and events, weddings and filming are possible by arrangement with the owner. Minimum stay is seven nights. Balearic tourist licence ETV-2153-E.
