Two floors of light, modern space

The house is arranged over two levels, with micro-cement floors that keep the look calm and contemporary. On the ground floor, a spacious living area flows into an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen, with a guest bathroom close by. The principal bedroom and a twin room are here too, each with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, so the day begins barefoot on the lawn.

Upstairs, further en-suite bedrooms open onto a large terrace with sea views, which connects back down to the garden. Every room has air conditioning, and with underfloor and central heating the house is as comfortable in spring and autumn as in the height of August.

That upper terrace tends to become where everyone gathers at the end of the day: the sea straight ahead, a drink in hand and the sky slowly changing colour over the sea.

Garden, pool and outdoor dining

The landscaped garden is planted with palms, olive trees and Mediterranean shrubs around a green lawn. At its centre sits the swimming pool, lined with sun loungers. Terraces give shade for long lunches, the barbecue comes into play in the evening and the music system sets the mood as the sun goes down. The plot is fully fenced, with an alarm and private parking.

Set beneath the pool is a fully equipped gym fitted with Technogym machines, so a training routine never has to pause for a holiday. After a session, the water is a few steps away and breakfast is waiting on the terrace.
