Villa Azure looks down over the clear water of Cala Jondal, from behind a high stone wall and a double set of gates. Once they close, the house belongs entirely to you: a pool in the garden, a lawn in the sun and a roof terrace with its own bar above it all.

The rhythm inside that wall is easy. A swim before breakfast, lunch in the chill-out lounge with the ceiling fans turning, a game on the lawn, and then up to the roof terrace, where the drinks are cold and the sea stretches out below. After dark, soft lighting across the gardens takes over and the evening carries on outside.

First-floor suites, kept apart and calm

The bedroom suites are all on the first floor, each with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, which keeps the sleeping quarters quiet and separate from the living spaces below. One of the suites has satellite TV for lazy mornings. Underfloor heating for the cooler months and air conditioning for summer mean the house is comfortable in any season, and high-speed wifi runs throughout.

Wine cellar, fireplace and film nights

The ground floor is made for entertaining at home. A fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances handles anything from a light lunch to a long dinner, and the house has its own wine cellar, a wine cooler and an indoor bar. A fireplace sets the tone on cooler evenings, and the smart TV lounge, with its dedicated sound system, is ready for film nights. Music runs through the rooms and out into the gardens, so the soundtrack follows you from the sofa to the sunloungers.

Outside, the pool sits within the garden, with sunloungers for long afternoons and a lawn for games or simply lying in the sun. The shaded dining area opens onto a chill-out lounge cooled by ceiling fans, and a barbecue is there for grilled dinners.
