The living room is made for unwinding, with a deep, soft sofa and inviting corners, while the dining area and bar sit beside a fully equipped kitchen. Doors open straight onto the garden, drawing natural light into the house. Air conditioning keeps summer comfortable, and central heating means the villa is just as welcoming in spring and autumn.

The bedrooms are arranged with privacy in mind. The principal suite is generous enough for two queen-size beds, another bedroom sits in a separate outdoor area with its own bathroom, and a further one opens onto the garden, again with a private bathroom. It is a layout that gives friends, couples or older children a welcome sense of independence.

The large saltwater pool is the centre of outdoor life, lined with sunloungers and looking out over the countryside. Around it, several terraces offer sun or shade through the day, and the outdoor kitchen and barbecue make lunches and dinners outside the natural rhythm of the stay. The roof terrace is kept for the sunrise and for the last glass of the night.

For families there is an outdoor play area, a snooker table and table tennis, and the house has a garage, private parking and an alarm.
