Can Sage is a rustic six-bedroom villa at Puig d'en Valls, the village just outside Ibiza Town, sleeping up to eleven. It is among the closest properties in the collection to the town, roughly 2.8 km in a straight line, with the airport about 8.1 km. The house keeps a traditional Ibicencan character rather than a contemporary one, set in fenced grounds with a swimming pool and open views over the surrounding countryside. The position is its practical advantage: close enough to Ibiza Town, Talamanca and the marinas for short journeys in either direction, and close to Jesus and Santa Eulalia, while still sitting in the quiet outside the town itself.
