Can Nemo

From the roof terrace at Can Nemo, in Cap Martinet, the view runs across the water all the way to Formentera. The villa sits on a large estate of mature gardens and lawn, around 450 metres from the sea and with easy access to Ibiza Town.

Sunrise over the water opens each day, which then takes whatever shape you choose: yoga on the deck, a game of padel, a long stretch by the pool. In the evening the professional kitchen comes to life, the outdoor bar lights up and the house becomes a private restaurant with a single table.

Sea-view suites and contemporary design

You enter through a courtyard, and natural light takes over at once, filling contemporary living rooms that look out to sea. Every suite has its own climate control, blackout blinds and smart-home controls for lighting and mood, and beds two metres wide. The main suite adds a dressing room, a private sun terrace and a freestanding bathtub facing the sea. A second master suite, set apart from the main house, looks across the lawn towards the water, while one of the bedrooms shares a large bathroom with its neighbour, a practical arrangement for families with young children.

Pool, spa and sport

The large rectangular pool, which can be heated on request, is joined by a plunge pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, all surrounded by sun terraces and chill-out areas in sun and shade. For body and mind there is a gym with Peloton machines and free weights, a padel court, a yoga area, a hammam, a sauna and a massage room. Underfloor heating and a fireplace take care of the cooler months.

Professional kitchen, wine cellar and entertainment

Dining is taken seriously here: indoor and outdoor dining rooms, a professional kitchen and a separate preparation kitchen, a wine cellar and wine cooler, a pizza oven and an outdoor bar. For entertainment there is a cinema room, a games room and a club room with DJ equipment, with music systems inside and out. There is also an office space. A house manager is on hand throughout your stay, supported by a housekeeping team, and waiting staff can be arranged.

Cap Martinet and Ibiza Town

Ibiza Town is easy to reach from Cap Martinet. The estate is fenced and gated, giving complete privacy, and pets are welcome.

Celebrations, families and groups

Can Nemo welcomes families, groups of friends, honeymooning couples and retreats, and events, weddings and filming are possible by arrangement with the owner. There is room enough, inside and out, for everyone to find their own rhythm while still feeling part of the same stay.
