Can Nemo

Can Nemo occupies a large plot in Cap Martinet, one of the most established addresses on Ibiza's eastern edge, around 450 metres from the sea and about 3.7 km from Ibiza Town. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms accommodate up to twelve guests across an estate of mature gardens and lawn. The house is built around gathering people together. There is a cinema room, a games room, a club room with DJ equipment, indoor and outdoor music systems, a wine cellar, an outdoor bar and a pizza oven. A padel court, gym, yoga area, and a hammam with massage area cover both the active and the restorative side of a stay. The pool can be heated on request, and a plunge pool and outdoor jacuzzi sit alongside it. Catering is properly equipped: a professional kitchen and a separate preparation kitchen support private chefs, and staff including waiting service can be arranged. A house manager is present throughout. Views run east and south across the water toward Formentera, with sunrise visible from the roof terrace. Ibiza Airport is around 10 km away in a straight line. Can Nemo is one of the sixteen villas in the collection where events are permitted, and it is suitable for weddings, both by arrangement with the owner. Minimum stay is seven nights.
