Villa Livia is a recently built four-bedroom house in Cap Martinet, close to Marina Botafoc, sleeping up to eight. It is among the closest villas in the collection to Ibiza Town, roughly 2.5 km in a straight line, with the airport about 9 km. There is a roof terrace with views across to the old town of Dalt Vila, a swimming pool, terracing and private parking. The three-night minimum stay is among the shortest in the collection, and combined with the position it makes this one of the few properties that genuinely works for a long weekend: the marinas, Talamanca and the restaurants of the town are all within a few minutes.
