Villa Nicole

Villa Nicole is a traditional finca set in woodland near Santa Eulalia, with six bedrooms sleeping up to twelve and complete privacy behind gated, fenced grounds with CCTV. There is a saltwater swimming pool that can be heated on request, a roof terrace, a garden and lawn, a fireplace and ceiling fans throughout, with terracing for outdoor dining and private parking. The surrounding forest is what gives the property its seclusion. Santa Eulalia is the island's third town, with a marina, a long promenade and a good concentration of restaurants, and it is generally the calmest of the three main centres.
