Villa Nicole

Villa Nicole is a traditional Ibizan finca on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, surrounded on every side by forest. The trees define the place: they give the house its privacy, its shade and its quiet, and they frame the countryside views from the garden.

Inside, the light is soft and the rooms are generous. Designer furniture sits comfortably with the finca's traditional character, and a few elegant Victorian touches give the house a personality of its own. It is a home made for families, with a lawn for the children to run on while the adults linger at the table on the covered terrace.

Living spaces on the ground floor

The heart of the house is an open-plan living area with a fireplace, opening straight onto the covered terrace. Beside it are a separate TV room, with smart TVs and Apple TV, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with a serving counter, the kind of kitchen where breakfast happens around the counter and conversation carries on from there.

Ceiling fans keep the air moving through the living spaces, and the bedrooms are air-conditioned for cool, quiet nights.

Bedrooms, and a roof terrace for the principal suite

Most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, a mix of doubles and a twin, with en-suite bathrooms and, in some cases, a bathroom shared between neighbouring rooms, which suits siblings or friends. One double has its own bathroom reached through the terrace doors, a small pleasure on warm mornings.

The principal bedroom has the upper floor to itself, with an en-suite bathroom and a private roof terrace: the place for morning coffee above the treetops, or a last glass once the rest of the house is asleep.

Saltwater pool, pool kitchen and a lawn for the children

Outside, a large saltwater pool, eleven metres long, can be heated on request, which carries swimming well into spring and autumn. Next to it, a pool kitchen room means drinks, snacks and lunch never need a trip back to the house. There is a covered sitting and dining area, chill-out corners, a barbecue, sunloungers and a wide lawn edged by the wraparound garden.

The grounds are fully enclosed, with electric gates, CCTV, an alarm and private parking inside.

A hire car is recommended.

The house suits families first, and also couples or groups of friends who value privacy and green surroundings.
