Villa Niu Blau

Villa Niu Blau sits between two beaches at Santa Eulalia on Ibiza's east coast, with five en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to eight and direct sea access from the property. The swimming pool can be heated on request. There is a roof terrace, a garden and lawn, a fireplace, central heating, a dedicated office space and private parking. Santa Eulalia is the calmest of the island's three towns, with a marina, a long seafront promenade and a strong concentration of restaurants, and the villa's position between two beaches means the water is walkable in either direction. The airport is roughly 20.9 km away in a straight line and Ibiza Town about 14.4 km. The house takes families, couples, groups of friends and retreat groups, and weddings and filming are possible by arrangement with the owner. Minimum stay is seven nights.
