Villa Reina

Villa Reina is a country finca just outside Santa Gertrudis, in the centre of Ibiza, with around 150 years of history in its walls. It has been fully renovated in the traditional Ibicenco style, keeping its original charm while adding the comforts of a modern house.

The mood is bohemian and unhurried. Days start on the yoga deck or in the pool, drift through long lunches on the terraces and end with dinner under the stars. Santa Gertrudis, with its bars, restaurants and international crowd, is a short drive away, and the central position brings the rest of the island within easy reach.

Bohemian interiors with individual character

Inside, each room has a style of its own. The restoration has kept the soul of the old finca and layered in an eclectic, bohemian-chic feel, so no two corners look alike. The living areas are generous and drenched in natural light, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to after a day at the beach. A modern, well-equipped kitchen serves the living and dining spaces, and air conditioning keeps the house comfortable through the summer.

A yoga shala, massage area and time for yourself

The indoor yoga shala has a smooth wooden floor and is heated for practice in spring and autumn; in summer, sessions move out to the outdoor wooden deck. There is also a dedicated massage area, which makes the house a natural choice for retreats and for anyone who wants a week built around wellbeing.

Pool terrace, shade under the trees and room for children

The pool terrace has a large daybed, an al fresco dining area and a barbecue for long evenings with friends. Around it, shaded spots under the trees are furnished for reading and siestas. Families will appreciate the trampoline, the children's play area, the outdoor play space and the table tennis table, all within fenced grounds with private parking.

The terraces look over the surrounding countryside and are at their best at sunrise and when the moon comes up over the fields.

Santa Gertrudis and the heart of the island

Santa Gertrudis is known for its bars, its restaurants and its international community, and from here all the island's beaches are a short drive away. Ibiza Town, with its nightlife, is easy to reach. A hire car is recommended.

Practical details make the stay easy: a mid-stay refresh clean, laundry facilities, pool towels, high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix. The house suits families, couples, groups of friends and retreats.
