Vista Conta

Vista Conta is a retro-inspired villa on the west coast of Ibiza, overlooking Cala Conta across a sweep of open landscape that runs all the way to the sea. It is a house with a personality of its own, and every evening it has a front-row seat for the sunsets this side of the island is known for.

Life here follows the light. Breakfast on the terrace beside the kitchen, a walk down to the beach, about fifteen minutes on foot, then back for a long lunch on the covered patio. Afternoons belong to the pool and the sunloungers; evenings to the barbecue, the outdoor shower after a last swim, and the sky turning orange over the water.

Two floors and a sea-view balcony for every room

The house is set over two floors, and every room has its own balcony facing the sea. Upstairs, a bright, generous living room gathers around an open fireplace, next to a second dining area with an open American-style kitchen and a breakfast terrace. The principal bedroom is on this floor too, with a spacious en-suite bathroom that has both a bathtub and a shower.

The lower floor holds bedrooms with double beds and a twin room, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate shower room, and every room down here also looks out to sea. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the house comfortable through the summer, and there is satellite TV for quieter evenings.

Pool terrace, barbecue and a covered patio

The pool terrace is spacious and made for long days outside, with sunloungers, a barbecue and a small outdoor kitchen close at hand. A covered patio with a dining table gives shade at lunchtime and a natural place to gather in the evening, and the outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach. The villa sits on a large plot, fenced, with private parking.

Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and the sunset coast

Cala Conta, also known as Cala Compte, is within walking distance. Cala Bassa is around 1.4 km by car, while San Antonio is about 8 km away and San José about 9 km. A hire car makes the most of the west coast, and a supermarket is roughly 3.5 km away for easy provisioning.
