Two levels and a separate apartment

The house is set over two floors. Bedrooms are split between them: some upstairs, and the master bedroom with a further bedroom on the lower floor, beside the living room and kitchen and opening straight onto the terrace. A separate apartment with its own small kitchen and bathroom gives grandparents, older children or a nanny a door of their own.

Interiors are elegant and properly equipped: a fully fitted kitchen, a fireplace and central heating for spring and autumn evenings, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a Smart TV and a music system. A dedicated office space means someone can take a call without stepping out of the holiday.

The large, well-kept garden is fenced, with an electric gate and an alarm, which gives families with young children real peace of mind.

Between the terraces and the quieter retreats around the garden, there is always a spot in the shade for reading and another in full sun for whoever wants it. When the air cools, the fireplace takes over and the evening moves indoors with music in the background.
