Casa Yolanda 1

In Buscastell, Casa Yolanda 1 is a country villa made for outdoor living. Behind its gates, a wide terrace looks out over open countryside, and the house combines Ibicencan charm with a warm, contemporary feel.

It is built for families and friends who like to share their days. Children run between the lawn and the play areas, the adults settle onto day beds by the pool, someone gets the barbecue going in the outdoor kitchen, and the terrace fills up for a long dinner as the countryside goes still around you.

A house with a warm heart

The lounge has a rustic character, with soft, comfortable seating and an open fireplace for cooler evenings or smaller gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group that likes to cook together, and all the ground-floor rooms open directly onto the terrace. Air conditioning and central heating keep the house comfortable in every season, and wifi runs throughout.

The bedrooms are fresh and immaculately kept, and the bathrooms are made for unwinding, with hydro-massage showers or deep soaking baths, exactly what is needed after a day in the sun. Hairdryers and towels are provided.

Pool, terrace and outdoor kitchen

The large private pool is surrounded by day beds, some in full sun and others in shade, plus sun loungers for long afternoons. Landscaped gardens and a lawn give children room to play, while the terrace, with its al fresco dining area, barbecue and outdoor kitchen, becomes the natural gathering point from lunch until late, with the open landscape as a backdrop.

Space to play, train and breathe

Casa Yolanda 1 is unusually well equipped for families with children: there is an indoor play area as well as an outdoor children's play area, so there is always somewhere to play, inside or out. Adults have a gym for daily training and a yoga area for slower mornings, which also makes the house a strong choice for retreats. Mornings can start early: a yoga session as the sun clears the fields, a workout in the gym, then breakfast on the terrace before the children are even up. The grounds are gated and fenced, with CCTV, an alarm and private parking. A hire car is recommended.
