There is a lawn, terracing for outdoor dining, a fireplace, central heating, a garage and private parking. Sant Mateu is wine country, one of the least developed parts of the island, and the setting is genuinely rural. Santa Gertrudis and San Antonio are each a reasonable drive, as are the north-coast beaches at Benirras and Cala Salada. The airport is roughly 17.4 km away in a straight line and Ibiza Town about 14 km, so a hire car is needed. The four-night minimum stay is shorter than most. Balearic tourist licence ET-0823-E.
