Villa Eliana

High in the hills above San Agustín, on the western side of Ibiza, Villa Eliana takes in one of the widest outlooks on the island: rolling countryside falling away to the coast, and beyond it the open sea where the sun goes down every evening. The architecture is spare and confident, with clean lines, floor-to-ceiling glass and a palette of pale stone and white that keeps attention on the view.

Light fills the house from the first hour of the morning. The lounge opens directly onto a private balcony and the pool deck, so the day moves outside almost without anyone noticing: a swim, lunch in the shade, a book on a lounger. As evening arrives, someone pours something cold and the whole house settles in to watch the sky turn copper over the sea.

Pale stone, glass and open space

Inside, the rooms are generous and uncluttered, designed so that the eye is always drawn outward. The large glass panels frame the countryside and the sea like part of the decor, and the step from living room to terrace barely registers. The kitchen is fully fitted, while air conditioning, a music system and satellite TV cover the practical side of the stay. The bedrooms are spread across the house, each a calm place to return to after a day in the sun.

Pool deck, dinners at home and a house manager

The pool deck is the heart of the villa, lined with sun loungers and facing the horizon. The pool can be heated on request (additional charges may apply). With the barbecue lit and the table set outside, dinner at home is the obvious choice on most nights, and the grounds are private and fenced, with parking inside, an alarm and a safe.

A house manager looks after the property during your stay, taking care of the daily running of the villa so that your time remains entirely your own.

Sunsets on the west side of the island

From up here the view spans sea, coast and countryside at once, and the western horizon is where the evening happens. The sun drops into the sea in front of the terraces, with the light shifting from gold to copper to deep blue. Few moments sum up Ibiza as well, and here you watch it from home, with no need to go anywhere.

San Agustín and San José

San José is a few minutes away by car, and Ibiza Town and the airport are both an easy drive. A hire car is the simplest way to enjoy it.
