Can Alivia

Two suites, each with its own terrace

The interiors strike a considered balance between earthy warmth and clean design. Each suite works almost as a small house of its own, with en-suite bedrooms and a private terrace for reading, breakfast or simply listening to the water. The layout gives every party genuine privacy while keeping a shared heart where the whole group comes together.

The kitchen is fully fitted, and there is air conditioning, satellite TV, a safety box and a music system for long afternoons indoors. Everything is set up so that nobody needs to go out looking for anything.

Pool, barbecue and dinners under the stars

The swimming pool is lined with sun loungers and faces the open countryside around the property. Close by, the barbecue and the al fresco dining areas become the centre of the house as soon as the sun drops. The grounds are fenced and alarmed, which means children can roam the garden freely and adults can sleep with the windows open to the country night.

Beyond the grounds, the view is pine-covered hills. Through the afternoon the light shifts slowly across them, from the hard white of midday to a soft gold that makes the pool water glow, and that is usually the moment for a late swim or a first glass of wine on the terrace.

San Lorenzo and Atzaró

The well-known gardens of Atzaró are nearby. The beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Llenya are a quick drive, and Santa Eulalia adds restaurants and boutiques. On Sundays the Sant Joan market draws people from across the island. A hire car is the best way to enjoy the location.
