Can Xarraca

Can Xarraca sits on the coast near Portinatx, at the northern tip of Ibiza, with sea views, private gardens and direct access to the beach. Six bedrooms sleep up to twelve. It is a front-line property, one of the few in the collection with the water genuinely at the foot of the garden. The house is divided into two separate living areas joined by a covered courtyard, which gives a large group a natural way to split. The more recent wing was designed by Blakstad, the architectural practice most associated with the modern Ibicencan style, and holds the main living room with high beamed ceilings, a fireplace and French doors opening onto a terrace above the sea. The other side of the room opens to a Moroccan courtyard garden. The master suite is on the first floor with a four-poster bed. The pool can be heated on request, and there is lawn, private parking and an outdoor play area for children. This is the most northerly villa in the collection and the furthest from the airport, roughly 27.6 km in a straight line, with Ibiza Town about 22.1 km. Portinatx, Cala Xarraca and Benirras are all close. Events and weddings are possible by arrangement with the owner. Minimum stay is seven nights. Balearic tourist licence ETV-2167-E.
