Finca Utopia

Finca Utopia is one of the largest properties in the collection, an estate near San Lorenzo in the middle of Ibiza's countryside, with six en-suite bedrooms for up to twelve guests. It occupies a 20-acre plot built around an authentic 300-year-old Ibicencan farmstead, with open countryside and distant sea views. The finca is arranged less as a single house than as a series of connected spaces, which is what makes it work for a group of this size: guests can gather or disperse without being on top of one another. There is a swimming pool, extensive lawn and terracing, an outdoor bar, and a club room with DJ equipment for evenings that carry on. A house manager is present throughout the stay. Families are well provided for, with both an indoor child play area and an outdoor play area, and central heating makes the house usable outside the summer months. Utopia is one of the small number of properties where events are permitted and one of the nineteen suitable for weddings, in both cases by arrangement with the owner. It sits roughly 14.7 km from Ibiza Town and 20.3 km from the airport in a straight line, with San Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis the nearest villages. Minimum stay is seven nights.
