Greenacres

Greenacres is a four-bedroom villa in the countryside near Santa Gertrudis, the central village that many families choose as a base because its restaurants and shops are walkable and the drive to either coast is short. Four en-suite bedrooms sleep up to eight. The house is notable for its accessibility. It is one of a small number of properties in the collection that is wheelchair friendly and equipped with facilities for guests with reduced mobility, which is worth knowing if that has ruled out other villas. Interiors are modern and uncluttered, with a large open-plan living room, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area sized for the full party. Outside there is a private pool, generous terracing, a barbecue and a gated garden set among the greenery, with open views over the surrounding countryside. Santa Gertrudis sits near the middle of the island, which keeps most places within about half an hour. Ibiza Town is roughly 12 km away in a straight line and the airport about 17 km.
