Villa Klara

Villa Klara is a six-bedroom house in the San Jose area built around outdoor family life, sleeping up to twelve in gated and fenced grounds with sea views in one direction and countryside in the other. The garden is the point of this house. There is a tree house, an outdoor play area and an indoor child play area, table tennis, a lawn large enough to matter, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor jacuzzi. Parents get a gym, a yoga area and a fireplace for the evenings, and ceiling fans throughout keep the rooms comfortable without relying on air conditioning alone. Central heating means the house is usable in spring and autumn, not only in July and August. It sits roughly 8.2 km from the airport and 12.9 km from Ibiza Town in a straight line, in the countryside above the south-west coast. Events are permitted by arrangement with the owner. Minimum stay is seven nights. Balearic tourist licence ET-1046-E.
