Most are arranged with king-size beds, one has twin beds, and another has a single bed plus a bunk, a favourite with children. Air conditioning and smart TVs are in place, and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi means the house works as well for remote working as it does for a holiday.

Kitchen, dining table and the covered porch

The fully equipped kitchen connects to a bright dining area with a large table, made for shared meals and long conversations. Outside, a covered chill-out area sits under a generous porch next to the exterior dining space, a natural setting for long summer lunches and relaxed evenings. A music system sets the tone from breakfast to the last drink of the night.

A 12-metre pool in a private garden

The private garden is where most of the day is spent. A 12 by 6 metre swimming pool is lined with sunloungers, with room for proper lengths as well as lazy floating, and a barbecue is on hand for dinners at home. The garden gives the house its privacy, and the property has an alarm and private parking.

Sa Carroca, Sant Jordi and Ibiza Town

The location is practical in every direction. The country club is around 100 metres away, the Can Bellotera commercial area a four-minute walk, and the village of Sant Jordi three minutes by car. Playa d'en Bossa and Ibiza Town are about five minutes away, and the airport less than ten. Coming home late from a night out takes minutes, and anything forgotten at the shops is a short stroll away rather than an expedition.
