Who answers when you write to us?
A person from our booking department, never an automatic form. You tell us the dates and the group, and the answer comes back with names, photos and a reason for each house. The same person stays your contact until the last day of the stay.
How do we help you choose the area?
We tell you which part of the island fits the week you describe, not the most expensive one. Cala Jondal is the most exclusive stretch of the south, Santa Eulalia has the calmest water, the countryside around Santa Gertrudis is for a week spent at the house. Neither is better than the other: they are different weeks. Our villas page and area guides explain each one.
How do we confirm availability?
Online calendars are not always up to date, so we confirm every date with the owner before anything is paid.
What does the price include?
You get one clear weekly figure, with cleaning included, and we explain the security deposit and when it comes back before you book. Most summer weeks in Ibiza run Saturday to Saturday.
What can we arrange around the stay?
A boat day, a private chef, transfers, a table that is hard to get. On our boats the skipper and insurance are always included, and we give you a realistic fuel figure for the route before you book: fuel is charged at cost. See yacht charter in Ibiza and our concierge services.
Do we have villas that are not on the website?
Yes. Some owners prefer that their house does not appear online. We keep those houses in our private collection and show them on request, for your dates. They are not better than the published ones: they are simply not published.
Is everything in writing?
Yes. Before you pay, you receive the booking conditions in writing: what is paid and when, the deposit and the cancellation terms.
