Villa Espera is a luxurious four bedroom villa, located in one of the island's most sought-after areas. Conveniently located for refuge and peace whilst also accessible to the nightlife of Ibiza Town and Botafoch Marina.

Villa Espera has fresh, open and modern interiors. The entrance to the home is light with a wide sweeping staircase leading from the living room and south facing French Doors which open to the pool terrace as well as provide this interior spaces with an excellent quality of natural light.

Villa Espera features a designer kitchen, modern interiors with luxury fittings & great spaces for entertaining. Generous living and seated outdoor areas enjoy stunning sunsets refracting off the surface of the pool and around terraces. The pool and wrap around terrace with stunning Ibiza town views provide the perfect backdrop on lazy summer days. Adjacent to the pool is a large gas BBQ, shaded dining table, sunbeds, parasols and a day sofa.

Interior living areas have been created to offer different spaces for all guests whilst framing the beautiful views of Ibiza Town. The large lounge & dining room features a comfy sofa area opening up to the pool terrace, and access flowing to the exterior dining area and BBQ. A large extendable dining table & further designer sofa complete the room, along with a Sonos music system. Next to the lounge is a 55” smart TV, fireplace and work desk.

Located on the first floor are four bedrooms including the Master bedroom with king size bed and provisions for extra storage. The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and rain shower. The Master bedroom has access to a south west facing terrace where one can watch the sunset over Ibiza Town and the rolling hills in the background.

The second bedroom also has large patio doors that opens to a private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the tropical garden.

All bedrooms are fresh, open and spacious with ensuite bathrooms throughout the house featuring high-end sanitary ware and modern furnishings.

Villa Espera is fenced and accessed through a large automatic gate with parking space for 4 cars.
