Villa Samy

Villa Samy is a five-bedroom house with six bathrooms in Cap Martinet, sleeping up to ten, roughly 3.2 km from Ibiza Town in a straight line and about 9.7 km from the airport. The grounds are fenced with a garage and private parking, a swimming pool, terracing and an outdoor play area for children. There is also a dedicated office space, which is worth knowing if someone in the party needs to work. Cap Martinet places you between Jesus and Talamanca, minutes from the marinas, the beach and the restaurants of the town, on quiet residential roads. The house takes families, couples, groups of friends and retreat groups, and events and filming are possible by arrangement with the owner. Minimum stay is five nights.
